GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

 

ENROLLMENT
To enroll, fill out the application on-line. As soon as it is received, you shall receive a written confirmation. Enrollment is free.A deposit of 150 Euros is required in advance to book your courses.The deposit will be deducted.In case of cancellation, fees cannot be refunded.

 

PAYMENT
Courses must be paid for in full upon your arrival and prior to the start of the classes.Courses can be also paid before your arrival. Payment can be made in cash, by check in Euros, by traveler's cheque,per money transfer. All bank charges incurred from students´ transfers of payments made to Gay Language Vacations are to be assumed by the student.

 

CANCELLATION
In case you should need to cancel, please write or call me as soon as possible. If a participant must leave the course early, fees cannot be refunded.

 

COURSE FEES INCLUDE
Pre-course examination, instruction, teaching aids and written material.

HOLIDAYS
Lessons will not be held on Easter Monday, May Day (May 1st), Ascension Day, Bastille Day (July 14th), Assumption (Aug 15th), All Saints Day (Nov 1st) and Armistice Day (Nov 11th) .

GAY LANGUAGE VACATIONS IS ALLOWED TO CANCEL A COURSE IF THE PLACE OF TEACHING IS NEITHER ACCESSIBLE NOR SAFE.FOR THE COURSES WHICH WOULD BE HELD AT HOTEL, LESSONS ARE NOT GIVEN INTO THE HOTEL ROOM.
