Apartment rentals

The first option is renting an apartment. Nice is the ideal place to have a holiday learning and to relax in tranquillity in a beautiful apartment. Enjoy the comfort , the intimacy,the security of your own place!!

Description :

This charming , sunny south-facing apartment with terrace is on the first floor of a well-maintained and managed apartment building in a quiet street within the very heart of Nice. It’s an appealing one bedroomed apartment ( 60/65 m2) in a beautiful bourgeois building to accommodate 1, 2, people.

You are within 5 minutes walk to the beaches and the famous Promenade des Anglais .

The apartment is spacious . All the furniture and furnishings, and the kitchen appliances are brand new.

The kitchen is modern and very well -equipped with fridge, electric kettle….. .

The bathroom is well fitted with bath/shower facility and wash hand basin. There is a washing machine.

The living-room is leading into the large south facing terrace enjoying stunning views

PRICES PAR WEEK

APARTMENT	2 rooms
	380€

Fixed price of 380 Euros per week for one or two persons maximum so for 2 persons 27.14 Euros per day and per person.

A deposit is requested and depends on the duration of your homestay.

If something has been damaged or stolen in the apartment , the deposit won’t be restituted.

Host Family
The second option is living with a French family. This is one of the best ways to assimilate to French culture and tradition. You can choose your own room (full board), or you may choose to split a double room with another student (half board). Your stay starts the Sunday before your first course and runs through the Saturday after your last course.

Living with a Host Family
Clean sheets are provided during your stay and are changed weekly. Towels are not provided. Students are provided with a key for their accommodations. The host family will arrange for transport for the student from the airport upon arrival. There will be an additional charge for laundry, if necessary. Students are not permitted to invite guests back to their host family’s residence.
