FRENCH COURSES AT ALL LEVELS FOR FLIGHT ATTENDANTS

This is a course which is tailored specifically to the cabin crew members’ needs. Classes can be taught on either a one-on-one basis or as a joint tutorial with another student. Participants chose from programs consisting of 3 per day, which equates to 20 lessons per week. The minimum course duration is two weeks and the maximum course duration is four weeks.

The course covers all the topics and vocabulary needed for students to prepare for external flight attendant language proficiency tests. The course covers a number of terms and phrases used specifically by cabin crew as well as other important language elements. It also incorporates dialogues and role play situations to ensure that new vocabulary is utilized confidently within students' language ability. This course focuses entirely on preparing for the language Proficiency Certificate Tests. It concentrates on the oral component which makes up the exam. The intensity of the course enables students to progress rapidly in their skills. Techniques and strategies for each individual exam section are taught using simulated tests. Exercises are given under actual test conditions and scored on official scales to determine proficiency. Progress is tracked through the duration of the course. Students become familiar with the testing procedures and types of questions on the exam.

After completing this course you will be able to deal with your airline's language tests and feel secure about speaking French in everyday situations with your passengers on board.

Reading and improvising announcements
Aviation related vocabulary
Simple conversation skills with special emphasis on polite and courteous French
Catering: food and beverages plus communicating with caterers on the ramp and other ground staff
Linguistic training for difficult situations on board
Language tips for your layover: hotel check-in, shopping, ordering meals, etc.

After Completing your French Language course you will be able to:

communicate formally with customers in French
deliver a message in French
interact with passengers in French
Function effectively in flight attendant and other vocational situations
Be comfortable in areas requiring a relatively high degree of language fluency

This charming , sunny south-facing apartment with terrace is on the first floor of a well-maintained and managed apartment building in a quiet street within the very heart of Nice. It’s an appealing one bedroomed apartment ( 60/65 m2) in a beautiful bourgeois building to accommodate 1, 2, people.
